Multevo’s journey has been quite the success story since Nick Leadley and Nick Carter established the business in 2010.

Multevo is one of the few stand-out organisations within the sector with an unapologetic ethos to do things differently as a friendly, people-orientated market disruptor.

The company specialises in self-delivered turnkey services for highways, civils, vegetation management, traffic management and plant & fleet solutions.

In 2025, The Financial Times named Multevo the 68th fastest growing company in the UK. In the last five years, the business has seen a 1,133% increase in number of employees and a 697% increase in turnover.

To mark Multevo’s recent successes and to celebrate their 15th year anniversary, the firm has today unveiled a comprehensive new brand identity that reflects its evolution, expanding capabilities, and future ambitions.

The rebrand introduces a refreshed visual identity built around Multevo’s core promise to “Deliver services above, below and beyond.” The updated branding reflects the company’s growth to a trusted, multi-disciplinary service provider self-delivering integrated and innovative solutions nationwide.

On the rebrand, Josh Sweeney Director of Marketing and Growth comments:

“Multevo has grown significantly over recent years, both in the scope of services and innovative equipment we provide, to add value to our customers and the communities we operate in.

“After consulting colleagues and customers, the rebrand represents who we are today – confident, capable, and forward-thinking, and it sets the tone for the next chapter of our journey.”

The new brand embodies Multevo’s mission to deliver integrated, safe, and sustainable services through a multi-skilled, digitally enabled team that supports resilient communities and protects the environment. It also reinforces the company’s five key values:

  • Safety & Quality – protecting people and places with uncompromising standards
  • Innovation & Sustainability – pioneering smarter, greener ways of working
  • Collaboration & Transparency – sharing knowledge openly and working as one team
  • Community Commitment – supporting local people, skills, and communities
  • Empowering People – investing in employees to help them grow and thrive

“This is more than a new logo; it’s a clearer expression of what makes Multevo unique. Our customers trust us because we deliver differently, combining hands-on expertise, innovation, and community focus to create lasting impact” added Josh.

Looking ahead, the rebrand provides a strong platform for future expansion plans, including diversifying into new markets, introducing further innovations, and moving into a new headquarters.

The rebrand itself is a phased approach, expected to be fully implemented by early 2026.
